Other: How to use keyword to trigger workflow
In workflow setting, user can set a keyword to trigger workflow to send preset message like
1. images
2. pdf file
3. video
4. audio
Workflow Setting
Workflow Trigger By : Customer/Owner/AI (Workflow is triggered only when the specified keyword is spoken by the selected entity.)
Match words exactly : Partial Match/Exactly Match
Partial Match: Triggers the workflow if the keyword appears anywhere in the sentence, regardless of capitalization.
Exactly Match: Triggers the workflow only when the keyword matches exactly, uppercase need to be same
Trigger workflow time : Only Once/Multiple Times
Only Once: The workflow is triggered only once.
Multiple Times: The workflow is triggered every time the keyword condition is met.
