This tutorial will guide users on how to adjust the AI response time.
AI Response Time determines when the AI processes customer messages.
Example: If set to 3s, the AI will only process a message after 3 seconds.
If a customer sends 2–3 messages taking more than 3 seconds, the AI will reply to each separately.
To have the AI combine those 2–3 messages into one reply, can simply extend the response time to 10s and longer.
