Other: How to check AI operating status
This tutorial will guide user on how to check why AI is not replying to customers or AI is not working.
1. Check if your phone number is connected
2. Check if your AI salesman is assigned
3. Check if your AI is in test mode
4. Check if your AI is in Ready status
- If your AI is in processing, means your AI is not ready to reply customer
- If your AI is failed then you need to check AI model settings
5. Check your AI setting whether API key setting error or credit balance is not enough
If user have done all the checking, but the AI still has not replied, can report in the group with a screenshot of the chat, customer phone number and AI number. Then, our technical team will help to check on this.
