How to set PIC assignments
This tutorial will guide user on
1. How to set PIC Assignments setting
2. How to assign leads by rotation
Assign By: You can either select ‘Lead’ or ‘Boss Alert’
A. Lead - System will assign PIC once there is new lead coming
B. Boss Alert - System will only assign PIC once the lead trigger boss alert (like confirm appointment, confirm order and etc)
Assign Method: You can select how the system assign PIC to the leads
A. Manually Assign By Channel Owner: Default PIC is Channel Owner
B. Assign ALL Channel Members as PIC: Channel Owner and Channel Members will be the PICs of every new leads by default
C. Round Robin: Round Robin assigns leads fairly by giving each team member a turn, one after another.
